Dr Anupam Sharma graduated from University of Sydney in December 2006 with a Bachelors Degree in Veterinary Science. Thereafter, she worked in general practice as well as emergency hospitals in Sydney, Melbourne, and London.

In 2010, Dr Sharma underwent further studies in Small Animal Medicine, soon becoming a member of the prestigious Australia and NZ College of Veterinary Scientists.

Dr Sharma acquired a Diploma of Management in 2016, and in 2023 she acquired her certification in Veterinary Hospice and Palliative Care via the International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC), which is presently the highest academic achievement in Veterinary Palliative Care.

Dr Sharma runs an in-home palliative care service called Animal Comfort Care Centre, and she started the charity Soul Academy to extend herself to help as many senior fur-babies as possible.

Dr Sharma's qualifications and extensive experience help her provide a more comprehensive and holistic approach to her patients. She has dedicated her life to ensuring that the golden years of every dog are filled with dignity and comfort. Dr Sharma helps bridge the gap between medical expertise and heartfelt home care.
